DJJS participates in World Book Fair at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi

DJJS conducted Two Day Training Workshop on Prevention of Drugs at Workplaces. Intensifying its outreach to check the onset of drugs amongst youth and directing the drug users in the small scale industrial units towards treatment Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan trained another 32 young volunteers in Delhi & NCR. The two day training workshop organized at DJJS Ashram in Nehru Enclave, Nehru Place, Delhi that completed on 31st Jan, 2010 enabled the volunteers with knowledge and skills to take up preventive and curative interventions at workplace.
Training workshop was the part and launch of pilot project of BODH- Drug Abuse Eradication Program of DJJS that aims at providing consultation and generating awareness on drug abuse to owners and labour in small scale industries in Delhi & NCR region. This project will work on two pronged strategy of prevention and treatment. While the project will strive to prevent the non-users from experimenting with drugs it will also motivate drug users for treatment for overcoming addiction. Sansthan will also promote its 'Dhyan Therapy' for drug treatment which involves no cost and highly effective in elimination of mental obsession of an addict on the substance of use. It is noticeable that DJJS has cured thousands of addicts through its different branches across India using the instrumentality of 'Brahm Gyan' based 'Dhyan Therapy'.
